Option 1: Bring your own food

Includes playground area ONLY,  Café and party room not included

From $1500, Extended Use: $390/h

Friday – Sunday &Holidays (5:30pm – 8:30pm)

From $1900, Extended Use: $450/h

Deposit $700 to secure your booking

Option 2: Enjoy the Hippo Cafe Package

Monday – Thursday (5:30pm – 8:30pm)

$4000, No External Foods, $3000 Cafe Credit

Friday – Sunday &Holidays (5:30pm – 8:30pm)

$4500, No External Foods, $3000 Cafe Credit

  • Adults and children over 14 years old are NOT ALLOWED to play on the equipment.
  • Socks must be worn at ALL TIMES including adults supervising children in the playground.
  • Bare feet are NOT permitted in the playground for hygiene and safety reasons (socks are available for purchase at the counter).

 

  • While eating and drinking, all guests must be seated in the café or outside the playground.
  • NO food and drinks are allowed in the playground.
  • No smoking is permitted in the building or the car park.

 

  • You are welcome to bring your own catering by hiring out café area. The kitchen is not available for preparation, heating cleaning your own catering. If you are serving a large meal, you will need to provide your own disposable cutlery, cups, plates, serviettes and rubbish bags. All rubbish must be removed by yourself and cleaning done afterwards within your hiring hours, if you have stayed longer than your booking hours we will charge you extra and the cost for staying pass booking hours will be deducted from your bond.

 

  • The hired are must be cleared and cleaned within 15 minutes from the time your function ends, otherwise additional charges will apply.

 

  • Prices includes GST and are subjected to change without notice.

 

  • HIPPO reserves the right of final explanation.
  • $700 deposit is required that will be held as security for fair cleanliness, soiling, equipment misused and/or missing equipment and time of vacancy.
  • Full payment of your function excluding the deposit should be paid in less than 5 workings day prior to your event. After paying the full payment that is required, the deposit automatically changes to the bond.
  • After 7 working days the bond will be refunded after confirming that everything is in good condition. If there is equipment misused or extended hour use of the venue we will deduct the cost from the bond and refund you the remaining.
  • The deposit will NOT be refunded if you have decided to not show up or to cancel your booking.

1. Use of playground equipment is at your own risk.
2. Play area reserved for residents only.
3. Young residents under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. No rough playing or yelling permitted.
5. Only one person per slide/swing/jump at a time.
6. No jumping off sliding board.
7. No glass/bottle of any drink or food in play
Area.
8. No one over 13 permitted to use equipment.
